How this actually works
Cloud Catalogs LLC is a subcontractor - a Subk - to a prime vendor. If that sentence means nothing to you, this is the chain:
Federal Government Agency
The government client. They need IT work done.
Prime vendor
A Tier-1 contractor. They hold the contract with the agency and staff it.
Cloud Catalogs LLC
One of the prime vendor's subcontractors. The company provides IT resources for the prime vendors.
You
The person who does the work, on contract, at the agency's program.

The prime vendor sends a requirement. I confirm who's available and submit the strongest matches, usually the same day.
Before starting on the project, I guide the contractors on how the prime vendor works, what to expect.

The positions are real. I don't control who gets interviewed — the prime vendor and the client decide that. What I control is the vetting and who I submit.
A subcontractor. The prime vendor holds the contract with the federal agency; Cloud Catalogs is one of their subcontractors and provides the people. The chain is laid out at the top of this page.
Positions come from the prime vendor with little notice, and I submit within hours. There's no time to start vetting after one arrives — so the vetting happens before. That's why I'm building the pipeline now.

Then you're in the pipeline, and when a matching position drops, I call you first. Before any resume goes to the prime vendor, you sign a right to representation — nothing is submitted without it.
